Why am I always hungry ?

Well I’ll say this being hungry frequently might mainly  be related to your diet . If you’re not eating the proper foods you may never get rid of that hunger in your belly. You have to ensure to consume enough protein which can be found in meat , seafood ,milk , yogurt . Enough protein can help control your appetite .Another one would be fiber which consist of fruits , legumes ,  whole grains , vegetables , legumes , seeds. Fiber helps reducing hunger due to the fact it takes longer to digest. . Additionally make sure you get enough fat . Fat is a key component on keeping you full. Example of fat would be salmon , eggs, tuna , sardine . Lastly make certain that you drink enough water , good night of sleep and control your stress level .
